She was predeceased by her beloved parents, her cherished sister Rosa, her dear brother Tony, and most poignantly, her husband and soulmate, Louis Kelley, whose memory she carried with her every day. Throughout her life, Iris was a beacon of kindness, deeply devoted to her family. Her home was always a haven of laughter and joy, a place where everyone felt welcome. She was a nurturing mother to her son, Kevin, and played a pivotal role in the lives of Valerie and Ron. Her legacy lives on in her grandchildren—Arielle(Brandon), Amber (Lynde), Ashley (Deyonte), Devin, Aries, Justin, Brooklyn, Promise, and Legacy—whom she adored, and her great-grandchildren—Adrian, Olivia, Noah, Kane, and Kason—who brought her endless joy and pride. Iris's life was also enriched by the steadfast companionship of her sister and caregiver, Angela, whose unwavering support and love were a constant source of comfort and strength. A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Iris's wishes, allowing her family to celebrate her life in an intimate setting filled with personal memories and shared stories. Iris M. Kelley will be remembered for her indomitable spirit, her boundless love for her family. She leaves behind a legacy of love. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten, her spirit living on in the hearts of those she touched.
