It is with profound sadness and tender remembrance that we announce the passing of Hung Phuc Nguyen, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and friend, who departed this life on June 2, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on January 6, 1951, in the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Hung lived a life marked by strength, care, and unwavering determination. Hung's journey through life was one of resilience and love. He was a man whose presence was felt deeply by those who had the privilege of knowing him. His strength was a beacon to many, and his caring nature touched the hearts of all who crossed his path. Hung faced life's challenges with a fortitude that inspired those around him, leaving a legacy of perseverance and compassion. He is survived by his beloved wife, Tuyet, whose partnership and love enriched his days. Together, they built a life filled with mutual respect and devotion, creating a foundation that supported their family through life's many journeys. Hung's legacy continues through his son, Thanh, who carries forward the values and teachings imparted by his father. The family is further blessed with six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, who were the light of Hung's later years, bringing joy and laughter into his life. In accordance with Hung's wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held. He will be laid to rest alongside his family in his birthplace of Ho Chi Minh City, a place that held deep significance for him. As the family gathers in private remembrance, they invite all who knew and loved Hung to honor his memory by embracing the strength and care he exemplified throughout his life. The Nguyen family extends their heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of support and condolences during this difficult time. They take solace in the knowledge that Hung's legacy will endure in the hearts of those who knew him. May his memory bring comfort and peace to all who mourn his passing, and may his spirit continue to guide and inspire us in the days to come.
