It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Hope Orskiorwe, a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, who left us peacefully on July 4, 2026, at the age of 76. Born on July 2, 1950, in Delavan, Wisconsin, Hope was a beacon of strength, grace, and kindness throughout her life. Hope was the beloved daughter of Mequnon, Wisconsin, and she was predeceased by her devoted parents, Dennis and Sherry Orskiorwe. Though she faced a courageous battle with lung cancer over the years, Hope never allowed her illness to define her. Instead, she embraced life with a warm smile and an unwavering spirit, leaving a lasting impact on everyone she met. Hope's nurturing soul extended beyond her family, as she was a pillar of support to her community. Her gentle wisdom and compassionate nature touched the hearts of many, fostering deep and meaningful connections that spanned generations. A devoted grandmother, Hope cherished her three grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She dedicated her time to creating joyful memories with them, sharing stories, laughter, and love that will continue to inspire them for years to come. Hope's family invites all to join in celebrating her life and the beautiful legacy she leaves behind. A memorial service will be held to honor her memory, and as the family expresses, "Everyone is welcome to come." In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Hope's honor, as she believed deeply in the power of giving and community support.
