December 23, 1960 — April 30, 2026
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Henry Reynolds, a beloved father, friend, and beacon of humor, who left us peacefully at his home on April 30, 2026. Born on December 23, 1960, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Henry was a man who filled every room with laughter and warmth, forever leaving an indelible mark on all who had the fortune to know him.
Henry was the cherished son of the late Henry and Julia Reynolds, whose loving guidance shaped him into the remarkable man he became. His journey began in the vibrant streets of Pittsburgh, where he attended Penn Hills School, laying the foundation for a life characterized by curiosity and a zest for knowledge. Furthering his education at the Las Vegas School of Gaming, Henry ventured into a world of possibilities, always eager to learn and grow.
In August 1985, Henry embarked on a new chapter when he married Cynthia J. Patterson. Though their paths later diverged, their union blessed them with a family that would become Henry's greatest pride and joy. He is survived by his beloved children, Sheree Reynolds, Shana, Mark Reynolds, and Gary Reynolds, each carrying forward his legacy of laughter and strength.
Known for his unwavering dedication and work ethic, Henry enjoyed a fulfilling career as a cable technician. His colleagues remember him as a dependable professional, always ready with a smile or a witty remark to lighten the day's workload. Beyond his professional life, Henry's passion for weight lifting and bowling showcased his commitment to strength and camaraderie.
Henry's greatest gift was perhaps his ability to find humor in every situation, a trait that endeared him to many and sustained him through life's challenges. His laughter was infectious, a source of comfort and joy that brightened the days of friends and family alike.
In the face of life's adversities, Henry remained a steadfast pillar of resilience, never losing sight of the lighter side of life. He was a devoted father, a loyal friend, and a man who lived with authenticity and grace.
As we bid farewell to Henry, we remember the laughter he shared, the lessons he taught, and the love he gave so freely. He leaves behind a family that will forever cherish his memory, and a community that is all the better for having known him.
A private memorial service will be held for close family and friends to celebrate and honor Henry's life. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to a charity of your choice, in Henry's memory, to continue his legacy of kindness and generosity.
Rest in peace, Henry Reynolds. Your spirit, humor, and love will be eternally cherished.
