Henry Blow

June 9, 1961 — September 14, 2026

We celebrate the life of Henry Blow, a remarkable man who left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew him. Born on June 9, 1961, in Towanda, PA, Henry was the beloved son of Henry Matthew Blow and Ruth Rockl Blow. He peacefully passed away at home on September 14, 2026. Henry was a man of honor, having served his country with pride and dedication. He was honorably discharged from the Marines in 1982, carrying the values of service and commitment into every aspect of his life. His professional journey saw him dedicate 28 years to the SYGMA Corporation, where he worked with integrity and diligence before retiring as a respected and valued member of the team. A member of the Duncannon VFW, Henry was deeply rooted in his community and cherished the camaraderie and fellowship he found there. His love for the outdoors was well-known; he found joy in hunting and fishing, and was especially passionate about archery. Many fond memories were made on local 3-D target shoots with family, and he cherished every opportunity to spend time in nature. Henry also enjoyed traveling, with vacations and cruises providing cherished moments and adventures shared with loved ones. Henry’s kindness was legendary. He was a man who loved deeply and unconditionally, always seeing the best in everyone around him. His devotion to his family was unwavering; he was a loving husband to Cheryl, his devoted partner. As a father and grandfather, he showered his children and grandchildren with affection, wisdom, and time. His legacy lives on through his children, Keith Blow and his wife Tara, Jenny Bucher and her husband Nathaniel, and Ashley Weaver and her husband Joshua. His grandchildren — Caroline Grace, Theodore Bradley, Josephine Linn, Clayton Joseph, Blake Allen, and Dallas Gordon — are a testament to his enduring love and guidance. Henry’s spirit of generosity extended to his brother, William Blow, and his wife Shelia, with whom he shared a bond of brotherhood and friendship. His warmth and willingness to lend a helping hand were known to all, and he was a man upon whom everyone could rely. A service to honor Henry’s life will be held at Boyer Family Funeral Home 101 W. Main Street, New Bloomfield, PA on September 22, 2026 with the public vieving from 10:00-12:00, services at 12:00, and funeral at Indiantown Gap National Cemetary 60 Indiantown Gap Rd., Annville, PA at 2:30 PM.
