Born on June 21, 1947, in the gentle embrace of Morgan City, Mississippi, Henrietta graced this world with her presence for nearly 79 years. Henrietta was the beloved daughter of Mary and John Williams, whose spirits surely welcomed her into eternal rest. She now joins her parents and her dear brothers, Ernest, Johnny, and Ed, in the heavens above, leaving behind a legacy of love and resilience. A pillar of strength and a beacon of kindness, Henrietta's life was a testament to the power of love and family. She leaves behind a large and loving family, including her devoted children: Vonshelia (Mike), Diana (ML), Kendrick (Cynthia), Sammie Lee, Charles, Bobbie (Leon), Jennifer (Gustavian), Ethel Lee, and Sharon. Her sisters, Josephine and Shellie Williams, will forever cherish the memories of their sister's compassionate spirit. Henrietta's legacy extends through her 30 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, each a testament to the love and wisdom she imparted throughout her life. Her family was her pride and joy; she nurtured them with unwavering strength and boundless warmth, teaching them to face life's challenges with grace and dignity. Her home was a sanctuary of love, and her heart, a refuge for many. Henrietta's deep love for her family and friends was evident in every hug, every word of encouragement, and every shared smile. She had an extraordinary ability to make those around her feel valued and cherished. Her kindness knew no bounds, and her warmth touched the lives of everyone she met. Henrietta's journey will be celebrated at a service held on June 13, 2026, at 1:30 pm at the New St. John Missionary Baptist Church, located at 45288 Sunflower Rd, Itta Bena, MS 38941. Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of her remarkable life and to honor the indelible mark she left on this world. As we mourn the loss of Henrietta, we also celebrate the beautiful legacy she leaves behind.
