Hector "Chino" Sanchez Jr.
May 20, 1995 — September 21, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Hector "Chino" Sanchez Jr., a beloved son, brother, father, partner, and friend, who left us too soon on September 21, 2026. Born on May 20, 1995, in Phoenix, Arizona, Chino was a beacon of joy and warmth to all who knew him.
Chino was the cherished son of Hector and Susie Sanchez and a devoted father to his beloved 4-year-old son, Remington, who was his pride and joy. Known affectionately as "Lil Foo" to Chino’s "Big Foo," Remington was the center of Chino’s world, and they shared countless adventures together, creating memories filled with laughter and love.
For the past nine years, Chino shared his life with his significant other, Alexandrea Blake. Together, they built a life full of love and happiness, cherishing their family and the moments they spent together.
Chino was a man of many passions. His love for music was evident as he would often be found sitting in his Jeep, listening to his favorite tunes for hours on end. His vibrant spirit shone through his love for karaoke and the joy he found in trips to the shooting range. Summers were spent at the lake or river, and winters were filled with the excitement of playing in the snow with Remi.
He was a man with an enormous heart, always willing to lend a hand, share a joke, or engage in long conversations with loved ones at any hour of the day. Chino had a unique ability to make friends wherever he went, known for his outgoing nature and the genuine warmth he extended to everyone he met. Beneath his tough exterior was a gentle soul, described by many as a giant teddy bear who would do anything for those he loved.
Chino is survived by his loving parents, Hector and Susie Sanchez; his cherished son, Remington; his beloved partner, Alexandrea Blake; and his dear sisters, Emma and Patricia Sanchez. His presence will be profoundly missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A celebration of Chino’s life will be held on September 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Best Funeral Services, located at 501 E Dunlap Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85020.
As we remember Chino, let us carry forward his legacy of love, laughter, and kindness. May his spirit live on in the hearts of all those he touched.
