Heather Wood-Webber, a vibrant soul who lived life with unmatched enthusiasm, passed away on July 14, 2026, at the age of 55. Born in Enid, Oklahoma, on March 18, 1971, Heather was the cherished daughter of Delores and Eugene Wood, who preceded her in death, along with her beloved daughter, Julia Thompson. Heather leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, survived by her children Shandell Nicole Schacher and her husband Justin, Travis, and Chelsea Webber. Her grandchildren, Chloe, Coletin Schacher, Jakhari, Arami Maybry, and Ryker, Ralaya, Rainsley Webber, were a central joy in her life. Heather's siblings, Jon Wood, Misty Davis and her husband Chris, and Shawn Wood, will forever remember her free spirit and loving nature. She also shared a special bond with her stepchildren, Tommy and his wife Crystal Webber, and Josh Webber, as well as her step-grandchildren, Triston and TJ Webber. Heather's ex-husband, Tommy Webber, and her companion, Steve Dittmeyer, both held a special place in her heart. Heather was a proud business owner, having successfully managed both Top Cats Bar and Wood Pest Control. Her dedication and compassion shone through in her work as a caregiver at the state school, where she impacted many lives with her kindness and care. Heather earned an Associate’s Degree, a testament to her commitment to personal growth and education. Known for her outspoken nature, Heather was truly the life of the party, her laughter a beacon that drew others to her warmth. She had a passion for spending quality time with her family and found joy in the simple pleasures, like visiting the casino. Heather's love was profound and unwavering, and she lived her life on her own terms, embracing every moment to the fullest. A service to celebrate Heather's remarkable life will be held on July 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Stittsworth Funeral Home, followed by her interment at Enid Cemetery. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Heather was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
