Harriet Liptak

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Harriet Liptak, a beloved member of our family and community. Born on February 3, 1937, in the picturesque countryside of Pennsylvania, Harriet lived a life rich with love and dedication before her peaceful departure on August 28, 2026, following an unexpected illness. Harriet was the cherished daughter of the late Harry and Flora May. She was married for 42 years to Albert until his passing. Mother to Ken Nottingham and Steve Liptak(Angel). Her heart was further expanded by her grandchildren, Donna Nottingham, Logan, Zack, and Steve Liptak, and her great-grandchildren, Ashley, Dominic, Devon, Anthony, and Alena. Each of them held a special place in her heart. She was proceeded in death by her parents Harry and Flora, husband Albert, and son Steve. Harriet possessed a remarkable talent for crochet, creating intricate pieces that brought joy and comfort to those around her. Her baking, especially her delightful Christmas cookies, was a testament to her loving nature, and her creations were eagerly anticipated by family and friends every holiday season. Her passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew her, yet her spirit and the memories she created will live on. As we bid farewell to Harriet, we celebrate a life well-lived, marked by compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to her family. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
