HARRIET A. MARSHALL

It is with heavy hearts and profound love that we announce the passing of Harriet A. Marshall, a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. Harriet was born on December 7, 1957, in Milan, Tennessee, to the late Larry and Annie Adams. She peacefully departed this world on July 31, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, kindness, and compassion that touched everyone she met. Harriet devoted her professional life to caring for others as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medication Aide, working tirelessly at various facilities. Her dedication and gentle touch comforted countless individuals and their families, embodying the true spirit of caregiving. She brought not only her skills but also her generous heart to those in her care. Beyond her career, Harriet was a woman of many passions. She had an unparalleled talent for cooking, often filling her home with the enticing aromas of her delicious creations. Her green thumb brought life to every corner of her home, as she lovingly tended to her houseplants. Harriet's nimble fingers were often busy with cross-stitching. She found joy in the playful competitiveness of dominoes and card games, bringing laughter and fun to family gatherings. The essence of Harriet's personality was her boundless love and generosity. Her heart, as vast as an ocean, was a beacon of kindness to all who knew her. Harriet's warmth and genuine care for others made her a cherished friend and confidante, and her legacy of love will continue to inspire those she leaves behind. Harriet is survived by her only daughter, Candice L. Adams; her beloved brother, Johnny F. Adams; her cherished sisters, Mrs. Kim Richardson- Leonard Richardson, and Fleesa Robinson. Her memory will also be carried on by her treasured granddaughters, Jakyra Adams, Jaela Jackson, and JaiCeon Jackson, as well as her adored great-grandsons, Genesis and Johvannie. She is also fondly remembered by a host of special friends and relatives. The family would also like to express their deepest gratitude to The Laurels of Hudsonville for the care and support provided to Harriet during her time with them.
