Harlescia Helene Robinson

January 9, 1962 — September 11, 2026

Harlescia Robinson, affectionately known as "Lesha" to family and friends, passed away peacefully at her home on September 11, 2026. Born on January 9, 1962, in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the beloved daughter of Harold and Mattie Robinson. Lesha's life was a tapestry woven with love, generosity, and a passion for education. She began her journey at Lutheran High School East, where she laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to learning. Her academic pursuits led her to the University of Cincinnati, where she earned a degree in pharmacy, and later to The Ohio State University, where she attained her master’s degree. Her dedication to her profession shone brightly throughout her career, culminating in her retirement from MetroHealth Medical Center after a fulfilling tenure in various pharmacy venues. Lesha's heart overflowed with kindness, and she had a special talent for nurturing young minds. She dedicated countless hours to tutoring children in reading and math, always with a gentle smile and infinite patience. Her love for reading, cooking, and traveling enriched her life and inspired those around her to embrace the joys of discovery and creativity. In September 1996, Lesha entered into a marriage that, albeit ending in July 2005, brought forth her greatest treasures: her children, Mattia Bailey and Donovan Bailey. Her unwavering love and devotion to them was the centerpiece of her life, and her legacy continues through them. Lesha was predeceased by her cherished parents, her beloved child Dewayne Bailey, and her brother, Harold Robinson Jr. She is survived by her daughter Mattia, her son Donovan, and her sister Harlita Tomlinson, who will forever hold her memory close. Though she did not have grandchildren or great-grandchildren, Lesha's nurturing spirit was felt by many children she tutored and supported throughout her life. Her generosity and warmth left an indelible mark on the lives she touched, and she will be remembered for her grace, humor, and the kindness that defined her. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Lesha's honor. May her soul find peace and her memory continue to inspire us all.
