Born on May 15, 1974, to the late Gregory White Sr. and the cherished Erma Jean White, Gregory was a beacon of joy and laughter. His father preceded him in death, but Gregory carried his legacy with grace and strength. He is survived by his loving mother, Erma Jean White, his devoted sister, Reona Oscar, and his children, Gregory White III, Shuntavia White, and Chase White, who were the pride and joy of his life. Gregory's career was a testament to his boundless dedication and passion for nurturing young minds. As an entrepreneur, he owned multiple child care centers, but his legacy extended far beyond the walls of his businesses. For thirty years, Gregory mentored countless young children through sports and academics, inspiring them to reach their highest potentials. His influence was felt deeply in the Canton youth sports league, where he was an enthusiastic coach and a guiding light for many aspiring athletes. A man of many talents and interests, Gregory was an active member of the Canton motorcycle club, where he found camaraderie and joy in the open road. His love for riding was only rivaled by his passion for coaching, where he spread laughter and encouragement, making everyone feel welcomed and motivated to strive for excellence. Gregory had an innate gift for making people laugh, filling every room he entered with warmth and positivity. His spirit was one of resilience and kindness, always encouraging those around him to be the best they could be. His laughter and advice were treasures cherished by all who knew him. A private funeral service will honor Gregory's life, reflecting the intimate and personal connections he forged with his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Canton youth sports league, ensuring that his legacy of mentorship and support for young athletes lives on.
