A proud graduate of North Central High School, Greg went on to build a successful career as a machinist at FedEx, where he dedicated 25 years of service. His colleagues remember him not only for his exceptional skill and work ethic but also for his warm spirit and ability to brighten any workspace.
In 1999, Greg met the love of his life, Glenda, and they embarked on a beautiful journey together. They were married in 2008, and their bond remained steadfast and filled with mutual respect and admiration. Greg's love for Glenda was evident in every aspect of his life, and their marriage was a testament to the power of love and partnership.
Greg had a zest for life that was contagious. He found joy in painting, capturing the beauty of the world around him with each brushstroke. An avid fisherman, Greg cherished his time by the water, finding peace and tranquility in nature's embrace. Riding bikes was another passion, offering him the freedom to explore and revel in the simple pleasures of life.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Glenda; his brothers, Eric and Michael Lambirth; and his sisters, Nola and Cynthia Lambirth. Greg's family was his pride and joy, and he treasured every moment spent in their company. Though he is predeceased by his parents, Ila and Linwood, their memory lives on through the values and love they instilled in him.
