Her ability to make everyone feel welcome and valued was a testament to her kind and compassionate nature. A devoted wife to John Dozier, they celebrated over 40 years of marriage, a union filled with love and mutual respect. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Shantell and Ryan, and built a life steeped in joy and togetherness.
She was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Shantell Dozier, whose memory she carried in her heart. Harriet is survived by her loving husband, John, her son Ryan Dozier, two grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Her family was her pride and joy, and her legacy of love will continue to flourish through them.
Harriet was a proud graduate of Manning High School, class of 1965, and later earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism in 1998.
