Glenn Eberth
February 8, 1986 — July 14, 2026
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Glenn Eberth, who left us far too soon on July 14, 2026. Born on February 8, 1986, in Calgary, Glenn was a beloved son, partner, and friend to many.
Glenn's journey began in the vibrant city of Calgary, where he was welcomed into the world by his loving parents, affectionately known as Scooby and Snoopy. From an early age, Glenn exhibited a unique blend of curiosity and humor that charmed everyone around him. His childhood was marked by imaginative adventures and at least one whimsical childhood marriage that cemented lifelong friendships.
Glenn proudly served with the Military Working Dogs, a testament to his dedication and deep love for animals. His time in the Veteran Service Dog Unit was not just a career but a calling that allowed him to forge unbreakable bonds with his canine companions. It was through this service that Glenn's kind heart and gentle spirit shone the brightest.
In his leisure time, Glenn found joy in his rather unique hobby of red rocket inspections, a testament to his playful nature and unfaltering sense of humor. Those close to him often remarked on his ability to find laughter and light in the most unexpected places, a gift that brightened the lives of everyone he met.
Despite living with light autism, Glenn's life was a testament to perseverance and love. His ability to embrace life with open arms and an open heart was an inspiration to all who knew him. His unwavering kindness and genuine spirit left an indelible mark on the hearts of many.
Glenn's passing leaves a void in our lives that can never truly be filled. As we gather to remember and celebrate his life, we carry forward his legacy of love, laughter, and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice, honoring Glenn's lifelong commitment to helping others and making the world a better place.
Though Glenn's time with us was cut tragically short, the warmth and joy he brought into our lives will never fade. We invite those who knew him to share their memories and celebrate the life of a truly remarkable individual. May his spirit find peace and continue to guide us in the moments we cherish.
