From a young age, Glenn exhibited an extraordinary talent and passion for football, becoming a local legend at Valdosta High School. His athletic prowess earned him a place at the University of Georgia, where he proudly wore the letterman jacket as a distinguished member of their football team. His love for the game never waned, and he channeled this passion into a lifelong commitment to mentoring young athletes, volunteering as a coach for both football and baseball teams. Glenn's influence on the field was surpassed only by his impact off it, as he instilled values of teamwork, perseverance, and integrity in countless young lives.
After completing his studies, Glenn embarked on a fulfilling career as an engineer at Michelin, dedicating 45 years to the company before enjoying a well-deserved retirement. Together, they raised two wonderful daughters, Stephanie (Bruce) and Amanda (Jones), who were his pride and joy. Glenn's legacy of love and kindness lives on through his four adoring grandchildren, Savannah, Ella, Whit, and Greyson, who brought immense happiness and laughter into his life.

A service to celebrate the life of Glenn Davis will be held on February 28, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Bernstein Funeral Home, located at 3195 Atlanta Hwy, Athens, GA 30606. Family, friends, and all whose lives were enriched by Glenn's presence are warmly invited to gather in remembrance and gratitude for a life well-lived.
