Glenda “Sue” Beauford, a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2026, at the age of 66. Born on March 2, 1960, in Houston, Texas, Sue was a pillar of love and strength for her family and community. She was the beloved daughter of Hubert and Glenda Davidson and has now joined them, along with her brothers Dennis, Lloyd, Hubert, and her sister Laura, in eternal rest. Sue is survived by her two daughters, Shalla of San Jose, California, and Amanda of Eugene, Oregon, who were her pride and joy. She leaves behind three adoring grandchildren, Vincent, Kierra, and Trevor, who brought immense joy to her life. She is also survived by her loving brother Norman, and her five dear sisters, Deborah, Carrie, Elizabeth, Frances, and Pamela. Sue's extended family and numerous friends will forever cherish her memory and the indelible mark she left on their hearts. Sue dedicated many years of her life to the School District, where she nurtured and inspired countless young minds. In her later career as a Bonding Agent, she continued to demonstrate her unwavering commitment to helping others. Her professional life was a testament to her belief in the power of education and her dedication to making a difference. Beyond her professional achievements, Sue's personal passions were a reflection of her vibrant spirit. She had an immense love for children, music, baking, and homemaking, and she found joy in the simple beauty of the outdoors. Her creative soul shone through in her crafts, and her home was always a warm haven filled with the laughter and love of friends and family. Sue's selflessness, warmth, and generous spirit touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy is one of love, strength, and compassion—a legacy that will continue to inspire and guide those she left behind. A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Sue's memory. Though she may be gone from our sight, she is never gone from our hearts. As her family lovingly expressed, “You may be gone from our sight but you are never gone from our hearts. We will hold onto our beautiful memories until we meet again.” In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Sue’s memory to a charity of your choice, reflecting the compassion and generosity that defined her life.
