Glenda was a woman of remarkable resilience and warmth, traits she carried throughout her life. Her journey was marked by a spirit of generosity and a deep commitment to her family and community. She was a beacon of love and compassion, always ready with a kind word or a gentle embrace for those in need. Her life was graced with moments of joy and sorrow, yet she embraced each with unwavering strength and dignity. Glenda was predeceased by her cherished mother, Jannie Montgomery, and her beloved children, Marchere Johnson, Tamica Alfred, and Myron Flowers. Despite these profound losses, she continued to exemplify courage and grace, inspiring all who were fortunate enough to know her. Glenda's legacy is carried forward by the countless lives she touched with her kindness and generosity. In celebration of Glenda's life, a memorial service will take place on April 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the Desselle Funeral Home, located at 263 Eddie Robinson Sr. Drive, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70802.
