In Loving Memory

George Lebron
February 6, 1965 — September 17, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of George Lebron, who passed away unexpectedly from an aneurysm. Born on February 6, 1965, in the Bronx, NY, George was a beloved son to Maritza and Luis Lebron and a cherished member of his community.
George spent his life dedicated to his work and his family. He served as a security guard at Garda Security Services, where his colleagues remember him as a diligent and devoted worker, always ready with a smile and a helping hand. His commitment to his job was matched only by his devotion to his family and friends.
George was a man of simple pleasures. He found joy in playing dominos, watching sports, and spending precious time with his family. His laughter and zest for life were infectious, and he had a unique ability to bring people together, whether it was over a friendly game of dominos or a Sunday afternoon football game.
He was preceded in death by his beloved brothers Arcadio, Emilio, and Angel, his sisters Luz and Ana, and his children George Jr, Kenny, and Christal. Despite these losses, George's spirit remained unbroken, and he continued to be a source of strength and love for his surviving children, George Jr, Kenny, and Christal. He was a proud grandfather to his two grandchildren, Elias and Zayne, who will carry forward his legacy of love and laughter.
A service to celebrate George's life will be held on September 25, 2026, at 9:00 AM at John Dormi and Sons Funeral Home, located at 1121 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx, NY 10462. Family, friends, and all whose lives George touched are invited to attend and honor his memory.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in George's memory to a charity of your choice. Through this gesture, George's spirit of generosity and kindness will continue to touch lives even in his absence.
Though George has left this world, his spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His laughter, kindness, and unwavering love will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May he rest in peace.
