His life, though brief, was marked by a deep love for family, a passion for cars and music, and an unwavering spirit of kindness. Gene was the beloved son of Gene Louis Sr. and Tiffany Ann Harrell, who raised him to be the compassionate and adventurous soul we all knew and loved. He shared his journey with his siblings: his sister Ashley Flores, his oldest brother Micheal Couch, his sisters Cheyenne Couch and Sky Harrell, and his twin brother Jarvis Harrell. Gene's family was his anchor, and he cherished every moment spent with them. Completing his high school education, Gene was a young man with a penchant for fixing things. Whether it was mending cars, repairing wooden fences, or tackling leaky faucets, his hands were always busy, embodying his love for problem-solving and creativity. His fascination with cars was rivaled only by his love for music, both of which brought immense joy to his life. Gene's kindness was legendary. He was the type of person who would offer you the shirt off his back or his last dollar, though he'd hold on tightly to his beloved car. He found solace in fishing, caring for livestock, and the simple pleasure of a long drive. Predeceased by his grandparents, Carrie Hazelton Lorine Harrell and Big Sun Harrell, Gene's family takes comfort in the belief that he is now reunited with them in peace.
