She was predeceased by her parents, her beloved daughter Nadine Jackson Troy, and her siblings William, James, Lucille Miller, Bernice Beale, and Marie Gillard. Despite these profound losses, Gearaldine's spirit remained resilient and her heart, ever generous. Gearaldine’s life was a testament to the power of love, generosity, and resilience. Her career as a Certified Nurse Assistant, LPN, Phlebotomist, and Lab Technician at Kings County Hospital and Coney Island Hospital allowed her to care for countless others with compassion and skill until her retirement. Her colleagues and patients remember her as a beacon of kindness and dedication. Known for her generous spirit and wisdom, Gearaldine was the heart of her family. Her laughter, sense of humor, and unwavering support touched the lives of all who knew her.
