Frank Herbert Owens Jr. beloved son, brother and uncle passed away on May 8th, 2026. Frank was born in Baltimore Maryland on February 24, 1967, to parents Frank Herbert Owens Sr. and Regina Bell Owens. They lived in the Cherry Hill community on Seabury Rd. until Frank was 7 years of age shortly thereafter the family moved to Winsto Salem North Carolina where Frank lived until his early twenties. In 1988 Frank returned to Baltimore Maryland where he lived until his passing. He is proceeded in death by his father Frank Herbert Owens Sr. He is survived by his mother Regina Owens two brothers, Marvin Owens (wife Romona) Andre Owens, and one sister Christina Johnson (Husband Joe) and a host of many Nieces and Nephews. From the state of Maryland two aunts, Aunt Mary Patterson Bridgeford, Aunt Regina Norwood, three cousins Sherrod Patterson, Dewayne Norwood, Darren Norwood, second Cousin Nyiesha Patterson and many other relatives. Frank was a loving son, and brother who took the time every week, on a Wednesday to call each family member to express his love and concern for them. He enjoyed spending time with his aunt Mary and would often visit with her from time to time and take her out to dinner. All who had the pleasure of knowing Frank thought very highly of him and enjoyed his company there wasn't a person he met that didn't soon become very fond of him. Frank was baptized as one of Jehovah’s witnesses on December 29, 1990, his faith gave him hope of a better life. He enjoyed engaging in the house-to-house ministry where he had the opportunity to share his faith with others, it brought him great joy to share the bibles promise of a better future with all who would listen. Along with sharing bible truths he enjoyed working in the ministry with many of the friends in his congregation. Frank suffered from a mental illness and so his faith was very important to him. He would often imagine the time when there is no more pain, when life is so good and he is young again, when he would wake up and say thank you Jehovah for this new life and this brand-new day. He looked forward to the fulfillment of Revelation 21:5 when Jehovah will make all things new. He was very thankful for his spiritual family and appreciated all the loving support he received over the years.
