He graduated from Westwood High School before pursuing higher education at Arizona State University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in English. His love for language and communication was evident in every aspect of his life, from his professional endeavors to his personal interactions. Frank's career path led him to roles where he excelled and left a lasting impact, first in the Jewelry Department at J.C. Penney, and later as the parish manager for Holy Spirit under the Diocese of Phoenix. In both positions, Frank's commitment to excellence and attention to detail were evident, earning him the respect and admiration of colleagues and community members alike. A man of many talents, Frank found joy in the beauty and creativity of floral arrangement, interior design, and gardening. His passion for these pursuits was a testament to his meticulous nature and keen eye for detail.
