Obituary
Francine Grow, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on July 23, 2026. Born on February 2, 1948, in Flint, Michigan, she was the cherished daughter of the late Donald Grow and Maxine Fenner. She was also predeceased by her brothers Gary, Donald, and Clayton, and her sisters Sherry, Yvonne, and Rita. Survived by her sister Renee Harrington, many nieces and nephews.
She worked at Superior Plastics in Rochester, alongside her sister Renee. Her professional life was marked by commitment, but it was her personal life that truly defined her. A devoted member of the Kellar Park Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, Francine was baptized on November 12, 1978. She lived a life of faith, love, and dedication to Jehovah God, following the teachings and example set by Jesus Christ.
Her kind heart and warm smile were well-known to all who crossed her path. Francine's generosity and compassion left a lasting impact on those around her. She had a passion for the culinary arts, and her love for cooking and baking brought joy and warmth to family gatherings and community events.
Francine's legacy is one of kindness, faith, and love, which will continue to inspire all who knew her. Her family extends their deepest gratitude to Hurley Hospital for the compassionate care provided to Francine during her final days.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on August 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, located at 1805 Lapeer Rd., Flint, Michigan 48503. In honor of Francine's memory, donations can be made to the World Wide Work of Jehovah's Witnesses.
