Frances was the cherished daughter of the late Gerardo and Carmen Padilla, who instilled in her the values of kindness, resilience, and compassion. Preceding her in death were her dear siblings, Gerardo Jerry (Boy) Padilla, Carmen (Cha-Cha) Chavarin, and Delia Hernandez. Despite the losses she endured, Frances found strength in her family and faith, living a life that honored her loved ones' memories.
Frances was the heart of a large and loving family. Her children, Frank (Reyna), Ernie, Melody, Gerard, and Serina, were her pride and joy. She delighted in the company of her 21 grandchildren: Frank Jr., Victoria, Jessica, Aaron, Alex, Rachel, Desiree, Ernie Jr., Alexia, Moses Jr., Kristofer, Ashley, Xander, Austyn, Marcus, Josiah, Isaac, Maddy, Adrian, Angelina, and Aaliyah, each of whom held a special place in her heart. Her legacy continues through her 21 great-grandchildren, Natalie, Andrew, Davyn, Ashlyn, Abraham, Alexandra, Isaac, Aubrey, Taylur, Izzy, Arturo, Kennedy, Linkin, Kaiden, Kyson, Destiny, George, Amalia, Ezekiel, Arianna, and Alaya, who will carry forward her spirit and love.
Frances is also survived by her sister Enedina Nadine Jacobs of Seaside, CA, Alexander John Carrillo of Chandler, AZ, and Anita (Annie) Bazan of Vista, CA. Her numerous nephews, nieces, and countless friends will remember her as a beacon of love and strength.
Known for her boundless devotion, Frances was a prayer warrior for her family and friends. Her faith was her guiding light, and she never hesitated to share it with others. Her kitchen was a place of warmth and delicious aromas, as Frances was renowned for her culinary skills, often bringing the family together over meals crafted with love and tradition.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate Frances's remarkable life at a Rosary service on June 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM. The service will be held at Kuehl-Nicolas Funeral Home, located at 1703 Spring Street, Paso Robles, CA 93446. Those who knew her are encouraged to gather and share the stories and memories that highlight the profound impact she had on those around her.
