Finn Barger

It is with profound sorrow and aching hearts that we announce the passing of Finn Barger, who left us far too soon on April 9, 2026, in a tragic car accident on the way to prom. Finn was born on February 2, 2009, in Wichita, Kansas, and in the brief span of her life, she touched the hearts of many with her vibrant and spirited nature. Finn was the beloved daughter of Chris Barger, who nurtured her dreams and aspirations with unwavering support. Finn is now reunited with her dear friends, Vince Voth and Olivia Johnson, losses that deeply affected her. A student at Campus High School, Finn was anticipated to graduate with the class of 2027. Her passions lay in the realms of fashion and cosmetology, and she had remarkable plans to pursue further education in these fields. Her love for makeup artistry, cosmetics, sewing, and fashion design was evident to all who knew her, as she delighted in creating beauty and expressing her individuality through her work. Finn was also a proud member of the Campus High School Thespians and Theater. Her outgoing spirit and infectious enthusiasm made her a cherished friend and a vibrant presence on and off the stage. She was a beacon of light to those around her, always ready to share a laugh or lend support to those in need. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Finn Barger will be held on April 9, 2027, at the Campus High School Auditorium, located at 2100 E. 55th Street South. We invite all who knew and loved Finn to join us in remembering the joy and inspiration she brought into our lives. A private burial will take place following to Greenwood Cemetery In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Finn. This organization was dear to her heart, a testament to her caring nature and desire to help others. Finn's legacy lives on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have been touched by her incredible spirit. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
