In Loving Memory

Felecia Mae Mills
January 5, 1882 — April 7, 2026
It is with the heaviest hearts that we share the passing of our beautiful mom and matriarch, Felecia Mae Mills. Born on January 5, 1982, in Bluefield, West Virginia, she lived 44 years full of love, strength, and unforgettable moments. She passed on April 7, 2026.
Felecia was the daughter of Tammy Crouse and Freddie Hall. She is reunited in heaven with her parents, her stepfather Clarence Crouse, her grandmother Lilly Martin who held such a special place in her heart, and her uncle Harold Pruitt, who shared so many laughs and memories with her.
She was, above everything, a proud and loving mom to her children: Taylor Watkins, Breanna Mills, and Trey Mills. Her babies were her whole world. That love only grew with her five grandchildren: Ava, Olivia, Braydon, Elliana, and Moana, who brought her so much happiness and light. She also leaves behind her sons-in-law, Noah Stamper and Logan Watkins, who she loved like her own.
She is also survived by her sister Margaret Dalton; her brothers Mark and Michael Hicks; her uncle Eddie Pruitt (Teresa); her aunts Regina Mooney (Scotty) and Brenda Pruitt; her lifelong friend Jr Mills; and so many others who loved her deeply.
Felecia was one of a kind. She was strong, feisty, and never afraid to speak her mind, but at the same time, she had the biggest heart. She would give anything she had to help someone else. She worked hard, loved hard, and showed up for the people she cared about every single time.
She found joy in the little things, taking care of her plants, decorating her home, and making everything around her feel warm and beautiful. But nothing meant more to her than her family. They were her everything, always.
If you knew her, you know she didn’t pretend to be anything she wasn’t. She was real, she was loving, and she was unforgettable. The kind of person you don’t ever stop missing.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on April 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Cravenshire Funeral Home. Anyone who knew and loved her is welcome to come and celebrate the amazing woman she was.
Felecia Mae Mills was love, strength, and light all in one. And even though she’s no longer here with us, she will live on through all of us; through the love she gave, the memories she created, and the family she built.
