Felecia Mae Mills, a cherished daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2026, at the age of 44. Born on January 5, 1982, in Bluefield, West Virginia, Felecia was the beloved daughter of the late Tammy Crouse and Freddie Hall. She was also lovingly raised by her late stepfather, Clearance Crouse. Felecia was a woman who embraced life with open arms and an open heart, living each day with an unparalleled zest and an unwavering commitment to her family and friends. A proud mother to her three children—Breanna Mills, Taylor Watkins, and Trey Mills—Felecia's love for them knew no bounds. She also cherished her five grandchildren: Olivia Stamper, Braydon Stamper, Ava Stamper, Elliana Watkins, and Moana Watkins, who brought immense joy and light into her life. Felecia's life was a testament to her vibrant spirit and deep compassion. Known for her outgoing and caring nature, she was a beautiful soul with a heart as big as her laugh, which could fill any room with warmth and joy. Her feisty and outspoken personality was complemented by her sweetness and generosity, always putting the needs of others before her own. To know Felecia was to love her, as she radiated a genuine kindness that touched everyone she met. Her strong work ethic was evident in every project she undertook. Felecia had a remarkable talent for fixing things, a skill she applied with both determination and creativity. Whether it was within her work life or at home, her hands were always busy, and her mind always engaged. Her ability to breathe new life into anything she touched was a reflection of her resilient and resourceful spirit. Felecia is survived by her daughters, Breanna Mills and Taylor Watkins; her son, Trey Mills; her aunts, Regina Mooney (husband Scotty) and Brenda Pruitt; her uncle, Eddie Pruitt (wife Teresa); her brothers, Michael and Mark Hicks; her sister, Margaret Dalton; her son-in-laws, Logan Watkins and Noah Stamper; and her lifelong friend and co-parent, JR Mills. She was predeceased by her parents, stepfather, her uncle Harold Pruitt, and her grandmother Lillie Martin, who now welcome her with open arms in the next life. Felecia's family invites friends and loved ones to join them in celebrating her life on April 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Cravenshires Funeral Home, located in Bluewell, WV. As we gather to honor Felecia’s memory, we are reminded of her enduring impact, her love that knew no bounds, and her legacy of kindness that continues to inspire those who knew her.
