In Loving Memory

Fatima Tracie Diane Muhhamad Haslem
July 10, 1970 — July 5, 2026
With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of Fatima Tracie Diane Muhhamad Haslem, a beloved mother, grandmother, and cherished member of our community. Fatima's journey began on July 10, 1970, in the vibrant city of Damascus, Lebanon. Her life came to a peaceful close on July 5, 2026, at the Cleveland Clinic main campus, surrounded by the love and admiration of her family.
Fatima was the cherished daughter of Ah’Lahia Muhhamad Haslem and Devielle Stephen Scott, and she was preceded in death by her parents, Allahd Muhhamad and Izzah Muhhamad, as well as her oldest son, Z’Lien Zahkiel Muhhamad. She was a devoted wife to her late husband, Deveille, whom she married in 1991 and shared a beautiful life with until his passing in 2013.
Fatima's legacy lives on through her children: DayDay Muhhamad, Da’Jon Muhhamad, Shamara Muhhamad, Jewls Muhhamad, KJ Muhhamad, JasMene Muhhamad, and her youngest daughter, Fátima Muhhamad, who lovingly made the difficult decision to let her mother go after an enduring stay in the ICU. Fatima's family was her pride and joy, and her presence will be dearly missed by her twelve grandchildren, who brought endless light and laughter into her life.
Though Fatima's life was filled with trials, she met each challenge with unwavering strength and grace. Her warmth and compassion touched everyone she encountered, leaving an indelible impact on the hearts of those who knew her. Her memory will continue to inspire and guide her family and friends, who admired her resilience and boundless love.
A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Fatima's life and legacy. For details about the service, family and friends are encouraged to reach out to her daughter, Fátima, who is diligently ensuring her mother is laid to rest with the dignity and respect she deserves, even as she navigates her own grief.
The family kindly asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a charity of your choice, honoring Fatima's generous spirit and commitment to helping others.
Fatima's life was a testament to love, family, and perseverance. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness that will continue to flourish through her children and grandchildren. She will forever be remembered in the hearts of those who loved her.
