Everglaze Robinson, a beloved daughter, sister, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on August 15, 2026, surrounded by loved ones in North Chicago. Born on March 9, 1969, in North Chicago, Everglaze spent her entire life bringing joy, warmth, and laughter to those around her. Her presence was a constant source of comfort and love for her family and friends. Everglaze was the cherished daughter of Nathaniel Robinson and Robbie Mae Robinson. She was predeceased by her dear family members Troy Sims Sr., Deonna Sims, and Donte Sims. Her legacy of kindness and strength continues to live on through her surviving family members, Troy Sims Jr., Keonna Sims, Nicholas Sims, and Natori Sims, along with her four treasured grandchildren who brought immense joy and adventure into her life. Everglaze graduated from North Chicago High School, where she began to cultivate her lifelong love for learning and community. Although she did not serve in the military, her service to her family and community was unwavering and profound. Everglaze had a passion for crocheting, creating beautiful pieces that reflected her vibrant personality. Her most cherished moments were the adventures she shared with her grandchildren, where her boundless energy and love were always on full display. Known for being one of the most spirited individuals one might ever meet, Everglaze's heart was as vast as the sky. She was known for her generosity and loyalty, always ready to give anything and everything to those she held dear. Once she loved you, it was a bond that would never break, filled with endless compassion and support. A celebration of Everglaze's life will be held on September 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, located at 2401 Argonne Dr, North Chicago. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor her memory and the indelible mark she left on their lives. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice, reflecting the spirit of generosity that Everglaze embodied throughout her life. As we say goodbye to Everglaze, we hold onto the memories, love, and moments she shared with us, forever grateful for the time we had with her. Her spirit will continue to inspire and uplift those she leaves behind, a testament to the remarkable life she lived.
