Evan's journey of service began with his honorable commitment to the United States Army, where he served with distinction from 1978 to 1982. Evan is survived by his devoted wife of 37 years, Cheryl, who was his steadfast partner in life and love. Their marriage was a beautiful testament to mutual support and shared dreams. His sister Susan and brother Larry remain to carry forward his legacy of warmth and generosity. A service to celebrate Evan's life will be held on June 22, 2026, at 5:00 PM, where friends and family will gather to honor the remarkable life he led. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the New Life Hospice, an organization that provided Evan with compassionate care during his final days.
