It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Esther Naomi Reitler, who departed this life on April 16, 2026, at the age of 86. Born on January 15, 1940, in Philadelphia, PA, Esther was a beacon of light and love to all who knew her. Her final moments were tenderly spent in hospice care, with her devoted daughter Debbie by her side, a testament to the love and family bonds she cherished throughout her life. Esther was the cherished daughter of the late Mr. Jamie Lee Jenkins and Mrs. Dorothy Mae Jenkins. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Raymond Reitler, and her dear children, Jay and Johnny Rosado. She is also reunited in eternal rest with her siblings, Dorothy Mae, Pearl, Doll, and Howard Jenkins. Left to celebrate her life and legacy are her surviving siblings, Shirley Jenkins, Elizabeth Bradford, and James Jenkins. Esther's love lives on in her children: Tony A. Rosado, Carmen M. Jenkins, Elder Michael Rosado (husband of Evangelist Peggy Rosado), Bishop Debra Webb (wife of Pastor Walter Webb Sr.), Daniel E. Rosado, Angela Rosado, and Anna Marie Coward (wife of Trenton Coward). Her family was her pride and joy, and she leaves behind a legacy of love and faith that will continue to inspire them.And A Host Of Grandchildren,Great Grandchildren,Great Great Grandchildren and Host of Nieces And Nephews and many other loving friends and family. Esther received her education in Philadelphia, PA, where she grew roots that would anchor her throughout her life. A dedicated worker, she spent many years at Duke Clothier in Lancaster, PA, and later contributed her talents to the hospitality industry at Mama Mia Restaurant. Her spirit of service extended beyond work, as she volunteered at Lancaster General Hospital, bringing joy and smiles to the patients she visited. A pillar of her community, Esther devoted over 40 years to the Church of The Father Son And Holy Ghost. Her unwavering faith and commitment saw her actively involved in the Usher Board and the Hospitality Board. Known for her generous spirit, she was always ready to serve, offering a kind word, a warm smile, or an encouraging gift. Esther's faith was her cornerstone, and she was ever willing to share the Word of God, bringing comfort and hope to many. Esther's love for life was expressed through her hobbies; she found joy in writing poetry, singing, and visiting with widows, offering companionship and solace. Her smile was infectious, her words uplifting, and her presence a gift to all who encountered her. A celebration of Esther's life will be held on April 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Church Of The Father Son And Holy Ghost, located at 535 1/2-537 Howard Ave. For those unable to attend in person, the service will be livestreamed on the church's Facebook page. As we bid farewell to our beloved Esther, we hold on to her teachings and her love. Her family extends a special message: "To all those who want to see (Queen Esther) again one day, we shall see her. Get to know the Lord like she always encouraged everyone. Love and blessings from her children and family." Esther Naomi Reitler's life was a testament to love, faith, and community. Her legacy will forever be etched in the hearts of those she touched. May she rest in eternal peace.
