Esmeralda Cedomio, born on June 25, 1941, in the warm embrace of Mexico, passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 10, 2026. Her departure leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and unwavering faith that will forever be cherished by all who knew her. Esmeralda was the beloved daughter of Miguel and Sandra Cedomio. Her life was a testament to the values they instilled in her—a commitment to family, a devotion to faith, and a passion for serving others. In 1960, she married the love of her life, Jose Cedomio, and together they built a family founded on love, respect, and mutual support. Their union was blessed with two wonderful children, Rose and Alberto, who carry forward the torch of their parents' legacy. Esmeralda's heart was expansive, and it was with immense joy that she welcomed nine grandchildren into her life: Moon, Jesus, Daniel, Mickey, Isabel, Oscar, Ruby, Miguel, and Christian. These grandchildren were the light of her life, and she delighted in nurturing them with wisdom, kindness, and an abundance of love. Her role as a grandmother was one she cherished deeply, and her influence will continue to guide them. Esmeralda also had the joy of seeing her family grow with the addition of five great-grandchildren, each a reminder of the enduring legacy she leaves behind. A pillar of her community, Esmeralda was known for her active involvement in her church and her steadfast dedication to serving others. Her compassionate spirit and selflessness were evident in every aspect of her life, whether she was tending to the needs of her family, offering a helping hand to neighbors, or providing support and comfort to those in need. Her presence was a blessing to all who knew her, and her absence leaves a profound void. Esmeralda's family invites all who knew her to join in a celebration of her life on April 22, 2026, at 5:00 PM at St. Mary's Church, located at 1600 E Ave R4, Palmdale, CA 93550.
