In Loving Memory

Ernesto Ashers
April 21, 1967 — May 17, 2026
Ernesto Ashers, a beloved father, brother, and friend, peacefully departed this world on May 17, 2026, at the age of 59. Born on April 21, 1967, in the picturesque town of Fort Ord, California, Ernesto's life was a testament to resilience, dedication, and love for family.
Ernesto was the cherished son of the late Ernesto H. Ashers and Carolyn B. Ashers, whose nurturing spirits undoubtedly shaped the man he became. Although his parents preceded him in death, their legacy of kindness and compassion lived on through Ernesto and his siblings.
Growing up, Ernesto was no stranger to hard work. He embraced various jobs in his youth, instilling in him a strong work ethic that remained with him throughout his life. His commitment to providing for his family and his ability to face challenges head-on were an inspiration to all who knew him.
A devoted father, Ernesto's pride and joy was his son, Ernesto J. Ashers. He leaves behind a legacy of love, wisdom, and guidance that will forever be imprinted on his son's heart. Ernesto's role as a father was one he cherished above all else, and his love knew no bounds.
Ernesto's family extended beyond his son. He is survived by his brother, Miguel A. Ashers of Charlotte, NC, as well as his brothers Jason Ashers and Ernesto Ashers, both residing in Panama City, Panama. His sister, Shauna R. Ashers of Concord, NC, also mourns his loss. Together, they shared a bond built on laughter, shared memories, and unwavering support.
To celebrate Ernesto's remarkable life, a service will be held on May 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Ethan’s Way in Whittsett, NC. Family and friends are invited to gather and honor the memory of a man whose life was marked by strength, love, and devotion.
As we bid farewell to Ernesto, we find comfort in knowing that he is now at peace, reunited with his beloved parents. His legacy will continue to live on through the stories we share, the lessons he imparted, and the love he gave so freely.
Ernesto Ashers will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
