In Loving Memory

Ernest Dean Dennis Jr.
February 26, 1991 — May 2, 2026
With heavy hearts and profound respect, we announce the passing of Ernest Dean Dennis Jr., who departed this life on May 2, 2026, at the age of 35. Born on February 26, 1991, in Greenville, South Carolina, Ernest was the cherished son of the late Ernest Dean Dennis Sr. and Sherry McBee. He has now joined his beloved parents, children, and grandson in eternal peace.
Ernest was a proud father and is survived by his three precious children: daughter Janiyah Dennis, and sons Jayden Dennis and King Dennis. Their memories of his laughter and love will forever echo in their hearts. He also leaves behind a grandchild who will grow up knowing their grandfather’s spirit through the stories and memories shared by those who loved him.
Known for his infectious humor, Ernest could light up any room with his presence. His ability to make others laugh, often to the point of tears, was a gift he shared generously with everyone he met. Those who knew him best recall how his humor could lift the heaviest of spirits and bring joy to any occasion.
Ernest's journey through life was as unique as his personality. He was a man of self-taught wisdom, having earned his GED, and he navigated life with resilience and strength. His career path was unconventional, described best as "the streets," where he forged connections and friendships that would last a lifetime.
Beyond his role as a father and friend, Ernest found solace in the simple pleasures of life. He loved fishing, a hobby that offered him peace and reflection amidst nature's beauty. Those who joined him on these peaceful excursions knew the joy of his company and the depth of his reflective spirit.
Ernest shared his life with his beloved girlfriend, Aliyah Stewart, who was a source of love and companionship. Their bond was a testament to the warmth and kindness that Ernest brought into the lives of those he held dear.
A service to celebrate the life of Ernest Dean Dennis Jr. will be held on May 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Beasley Funeral Home. Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of a man who touched their lives with laughter, love, and an unyielding spirit.
Though his journey on this earth was cut tragically short, the legacy Ernest leaves behind is one of love, laughter, and resilience. As we say goodbye, we hold onto the laughter he brought into our lives and the warmth he shared with us all. Rest in peace, dear Ernest. You will be forever missed and eternally cherished.
