He spent many dedicated years in the steel industry before transitioning into the construction field, where he continued to apply his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. His colleagues knew him as a dependable and skilled professional, and his work left an indelible mark on the communities he served. Eric's life was enriched by the love of his family. He was a devoted husband to Michelle Bachman, his partner in life's journey, who shared in his joys and supported him in his challenges. Eric's bond with his father, Vernon Bachman Jr., was one of mutual respect and affection. His sister, Deborah Russell, held a special place in his heart, and he cherished the times they spent together, sharing laughter and memories. A loving uncle, Eric delighted in the lives of his nieces, Morgan Spoonhour and Simone Spriggs, and his nephew, Isaac Russell. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a man who lived his life with quiet strength and unwavering loyalty.
