With heavy hearts and profound gratitude for a life well-lived, we announce the peaceful passing of Eric Bachman, aged 58, on April 3, 2026. Eric was a beloved husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend. Born on February 3, 1968, in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, he was the cherished son of Vernon and the late Anne Bachman. Eric's life was a testament to hard work, resilience, and the enduring power of love. He spent many dedicated years in the steel industry before transitioning into the construction field, where he continued to apply his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. His colleagues knew him as a dependable and skilled professional, and his work left an indelible mark on the communities he served. Eric's life was enriched by the love of his family. He was a devoted husband to Michelle Bachman, his partner in life's journey, who shared in his joys and supported him in his challenges. Eric's bond with his father, Vernon Bachman Jr., was one of mutual respect and affection. His sister, Deborah Russell, held a special place in his heart, and he cherished the times they spent together, sharing laughter and memories. A loving uncle, Eric delighted in the lives of his nieces, Morgan Spoonhour and Simone Spriggs, and his nephew, Isaac Russell. Though he had no grandchildren, Eric's legacy of kindness and integrity will continue to inspire those who knew him. Eric is now reunited with his mother, Anne, and his brother, Vernon Bachman III, who predeceased him. Their memories will forever remain a source of comfort to those he leaves behind. A service to celebrate Eric's life will be held on April 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Brownsville Church of God, located at 6390 Lincoln Way East, Fayetteville, PA. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a man who lived his life with quiet strength and unwavering loyalty. The Bachman family extends their heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to ensuring that Eric's service reflects the dignity and respect he so richly deserved. Your kindness and support honor his memory and help us find peace during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to a charity of your choice in Eric's honor, continuing his legacy of generosity and care for others. Eric Bachman will be dearly missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. As we say goodbye, we hold onto the precious memories he gave us, drawing strength from the love he shared and the lessons he taught. Rest in peace, dear Eric.
