Eric Andrew Wolf February 18, 1971 - February 15, 2026 With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Eric Andrew Wolf, a beloved son, brother, and friend, who departed this world peacefully on February 15, 2026, just shy of his 55th birthday. Born in Yakima, Washington, Eric spent his life embodying the virtues of compassion and service, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. Eric was the cherished son of Celestina Wolf and the late Wayne Wolf. He was predeceased by his dear son, Eric Wolf Jr., and his father, Wayne, who he now joins in eternal rest. Surviving him are his devoted mother, Celestina, his brother, Kelly Wolf, and his sister, Deanna Wolf, each of whom held a special place in Eric’s heart and life. From an early age, Eric exhibited a profound sense of empathy that guided his professional journey. He dedicated his life to nursing and managed the homelessness department for the State of North Dakota Health and Human Services, where his unwavering commitment to those in need shone brightly. His colleagues often marveled at his ability to bring comfort and hope to those in their darkest hours, a testament to his nurturing spirit. Eric’s dedication to service extended beyond his professional life. He devoted countless hours volunteering for veterans across North Dakota, ensuring they received the care and respect they so richly deserved. Eric's selflessness and dedication were unmatched, and his actions spoke volumes about his character. There will never be a heart as caring as Eric's—the world has indeed lost a true hero. In accordance with his wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Eric's life. The family extends their deepest gratitude to all who played a role in Eric’s journey. They wish to express that Eric's life was enriched by every life he touched, and it was this connection to others that fueled his spirit.
