Born on March 30, 1962, in Marion, South Carolina, Enola was a beacon of warmth and compassion, whose life was a testament to love, resilience, and dedication.
The daughter of the late Mary J. and Daryl O. Gearhart, Enola was raised with strong values and a deep sense of duty, which she carried throughout her life. She honorably served her country as a member of the United States Marine Corps, embodying courage and commitment in all her endeavors.
For over 20 years, Enola shared a loving marriage with Paul Jr. Stogner, her steadfast partner in life. Their bond was a source of strength and joy, enriched by their shared adventures and the simple pleasures of life together.
Enola was a devoted mother to her only child, Shanna Wells, and a cherished grandmother to Natalie and Rylan Wells. Her love for her family was boundless, and she took immense pride in their achievements and happiness. Known for her gentle spirit and nurturing nature, Enola had a special way of making each family gathering memorable, often filled with laughter, delicious food, and her favorite country songs by Jason Aldean playing softly in the background.
A woman of many interests, Enola found joy in the everyday moments. Enola is survived by her devoted husband, Jr. Stogner, her daughter Shanna and son-in-law Chris Wells, her grandchildren Natalie and Rylan, as well as her siblings, nieces, nephews, and countless friends who were touched by her kindness and generosity. She is predeceased by her loving parents, Mary and Daryl Gearhart, who have surely welcomed her home with open arms.
In keeping with Enola's wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to honor her life and legacy. While her physical presence will be deeply missed, the love and memories she leaves behind will continue to inspire and comfort all who were fortunate enough to know her.
