January 25, 2004 — March 21, 2026

With profound sorrow and deep love, we announce the passing of Emma Grace Teague, a beloved daughter, sister, mother, and partner. Emma graced this world on January 25, 2004, in Lugoff, SC, and departed from us far too soon on March 21, 2026. Her journey through life, though brief, was filled with immense love, warmth, and a commitment to those she cherished most. Emma was the treasured daughter of Amy and Ernest Teague and leaves behind her sister, Abbie Teague, who will forever hold her memory close. Emma was predeceased by her siblings, Kenzie, Jordan, and Kara Teague, who undoubtedly welcomed her with open arms and love on the other side. Education was a cornerstone of Emma's life. She graduated with pride from Lugoff Elgin High School in 2022 and pursued her passion for teaching at USC Sumter College. Her dedication to nurturing young minds was evident in every classroom she entered, her students drawn to the warmth and joy she spread. Emma's life was a tapestry woven with love, laughter, and compassion. Her greatest joys were her children—Lexi Duran, Rachel Brahman, Danielle Colby, Colton, Dixie, Everleigh, Darrel, Tristin, Bruce, and Keith—each one a testament to her beautiful heart. Emma also found solace and guidance in the embrace of her adopted father, Seth Darrow, whose wisdom and support were invaluable to her. Her love and devotion extended to her partner, Kristopher Pyle, who was not just her boyfriend but her confidant and the love of her life. Together, they shared countless moments of happiness, and Kristopher's presence was a beacon of joy and comfort in Emma's life. Emma's hobbies reflected her love for life and the simple, yet profound pleasures it offered. She found great delight in fishing, hunting, and riding her cherished horse, Layla. Her passion for teaching was matched only by the love she had for her family and friends. Known for her radiant smile, Emma had an unparalleled ability to light up any room she entered. Her warm and welcoming nature made everyone feel valued and loved, leaving a lasting impression on all who crossed her path. A service to honor Emma's life will be held on March 21, 2026, at 07:08 at Powers, located at 1628 Main St. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Powers, to support causes dear to Emma’s heart. Emma's family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this time. They hold close the special message, "Forever in our Hearts," as they navigate the days ahead without her physical presence but with the enduring spirit of her love. Emma Grace Teague will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Her legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family and students will continue to inspire all who knew her.
