It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Menei, affectionately known as Beth, who peacefully departed this life on June 30, 2026, at her home. Born on August 28, 1969, in Glen Jean, West Virginia, Beth was a cherished member of her family and community, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, kindness, and unyielding love.
Beth was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Norma and Vincent Menei. She is survived by her devoted siblings, Carmen Griffin and Toni Anderson, who will forever hold dear the countless memories shared with their beloved sister. Her extended family, including Autumn Ball, Cody Ball, Ava Ball, Styles Ball, Ayden Anderson, Nicole Hunt, Talia Sigmon, Bradley Sigmon, Kambree Sigmon, Sarah Wingrove & Ethan, Brianna Wingrove and Chad, and many more loved ones, will continue to honor her memory and cherish the moments they spent together.
A woman of simple joys, Beth found her greatest happiness in the company of her family. Her love for the beach was unparalleled, and she cherished the moments of tranquility and joy it brought her. Beth had an undeniable talent for cooking, and her meals were more than just food; they were an expression of love that brought her family together, creating bonds and memories that will endure.
Beth had an innate ability to light up a room with her laughter; her warmth and kindness touched everyone she met. Her love of life’s simple pleasures served as an inspiration to all who knew her and will continue to guide us in the days ahead.
A family visitation will take place on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., followed by a visitation for friends and family from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. These gatherings will be held to celebrate Beth’s life and the immense love she shared with those around her.
Beth’s family wishes to express their gratitude for the outpouring of love and support. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Beth’s memory to a charity of your choice, continuing her legacy of kindness and generosity.
Though Beth’s physical presence is no longer with us, the warmth of her smile, the kindness of her heart, and the joy she found in life’s simple pleasures will forever remain in the hearts of everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the cherished memories and the love she shared.
