Elizabeth Denise "Cuz" Glover, a cherished soul whose presence brought joy and warmth to everyone she encountered, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2026. Born on October 30, 1964, in the vibrant borough of Brooklyn, New York, Elizabeth, affectionately known as "Cuz," was the beloved daughter of the late Margaret Glover and Harrison "Rusher" Middleton. She was also predeceased by her dear brother, Mark Middleton. Elizabeth's life was a tapestry of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. She was a devoted mother to her daughter, Deanesha Glover of Brooklyn, NY, and a doting grandmother to her two treasured grandchildren, Enrique Fernandes Jr. and Montia Glover. Her family was her heart, and she found immense joy in nurturing and celebrating them. Her educational journey began at Bayridge High School in Brooklyn, NY, after which she pursued her passion for cosmetology at Oneonta Job Corps in Oneonta, NY. Elizabeth was a woman who lived with exuberance and a boundless spirit. Her heart of gold was evident in her willingness to help anyone in need, and her infectious energy was a beacon of light to those around her. Music was one of her greatest loves, and everyone knew her admiration for R&B singer Keith Sweat. She leaves behind a large, loving family who will forever cherish her memory: her siblings, Telida Young of Greensboro, NC; Karen Middleton of Cross, SC; Amelia Brown of Charleston, SC; Angela Washington of Charlotte, NC; Jackie "Inez" Mazyck of Hollywood, FL; Lisa (Shawn) Simmons of Ridgeville, SC; O'Dell Middleton of Cross, SC; Barry (Allyson) Middleton of Charleston, SC; Demetrius Middleton of Cross, SC; Kenrick Middleton of Cross, SC; Kenneth Dingle of Cayce, SC; and sister-in-law/cousin Kanesha Dingle of Cayce, SC. And a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins family and friends. Elizabeth's life will be celebrated at a service on October 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Dekalb Funeral Home, located at 491 DeKalb Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11205.
