Elijah Love

It is with profound sadness yet deep gratitude for his life that we announce the passing of Elijah Love, who departed this world on June 23, 2026, at the tender age of 23. Born on October 1, 2002, in Lamesa, California, Elijah Love was a beloved son, brother, and friend whose presence brought immeasurable joy and light to all who knew him. Elijah Love was the cherished son of Amber and Ellis Love, who predeceased him and left a legacy of love and strength. He is also preceded in death by his brother Jeramiah, his sisters Breanah and Aaliyah, his dear grandparents Memom and Popie, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and his beloved Scooby. A graduate of El Cajon Valley High School, Elijah pursued a career as a pool technician, where he applied his talents with dedication and care. Beyond his professional life, Elijah was a man of many gifts and passions. He found solace and joy in hiking, was an avid music enthusiast, and possessed a remarkable ability to engage in conversations on a wide range of topics. In the last years of his life, Elijah developed a deep and meaningful relationship with The Most High, which brought him great peace and fulfillment. Elijah was a beacon of joy, kindness, and LIGHT, known for his infectious laughter and generous spirit. His respect for others and adventurous outlook on life left a lasting impression on everyone he met. Elijah touched the hearts of all with his warmth and genuine care, creating bonds that will endure in the memories of those who had the privilege of knowing him. A service to celebrate Elijah's life will be held on July 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM at East Valley Christian Fellowship, located at 14069 Ridge Hill Rd., El Cajon, CA 92021. The family extends their deepest gratitude to East Valley Christian Fellowship for their support and for hosting this service, as well as to all family and friends for their unwavering love and support during this difficult time.
