It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Elena Moore, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, who departed this life on October 11, 2026, at the age of 26. Born on June 11, 2000, in Albany, New York, Elena was a shining light in the lives of all who knew her. Her vibrant spirit, boundless compassion, and unwavering strength touched many, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of her family and friends. Elena was a beacon of hope and joy, known for her infectious laughter and her ability to lift the spirits of those around her. She was a dedicated student and a proud graduate of All Faith Funeral Home, where she pursued her passion for helping others with grace and determination. Her commitment to her education and her community was evident in her tireless volunteer work and her involvement in various charitable organizations. Elena's family and friends will forever cherish the countless memories they shared with her. She had a profound love for music, often spending her free time playing the piano and singing with her family. Her love for the arts extended beyond music, as she was also an avid reader and a talented painter. Elena's creativity and love for life were matched only by her compassion for others, always putting the needs of those around her before her own. A Celebration of Life will be held to honor Elena's memory. The service will include a heartfelt Order of Service, featuring a Processional, Opening Prayer, Hymn, Scripture Reading, Musical Selection, Words of Remembrance, Eulogy, Closing Prayer, and Recessional. In keeping with Elena's love for her Irish heritage, the program will include "An Irish Blessing," a poem that embodies the warmth and love she shared with the world: *May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, the rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.* The family of Elena Moore extends heartfelt gratitude to everyone for their prayers, support, and kindness during this difficult time. Your presence and love have brought us comfort and peace as we navigate through our grief. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Elena's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN, an organization close to her heart.
