December 10, 1998 — April 20, 2026

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Eithan M. Crummey, who left this world on April 20, 2026, at the tender age of 27. Born on December 10, 1998, in the heart of Topeka, Kansas, Eithan was a beacon of light and warmth to all who knew him. He was the beloved son of Jennifer McVay and Shane Price, and his life, though brief, touched many in profound ways. Eithan's journey was marked by a love for music that resonated with the depth of his soul. Music was his solace and his joy. His affinity for the lake was equally profound; he found peace and reflection in its tranquil waters, a refuge that offered him comfort and inspiration. He was a devoted father to his son, Tucker Malloy, who was the center of his universe. Eithan's legacy of love and kindness will forever be a guiding star for Tucker as he grows. Eithan's bond with Tucker's mother, Talena Malloy, and his cherished nephew, Theo Price, was a testament to the depth of his caring nature and the love he shared with his family. Eithan's surviving family, including his parents, Jennifer McVay and Shane Price, and his grandmothers Kitty Price, will forever remember him as a loving son and grandson. His brothers, Brennan Crummey, Tyler Price, Tc Thompson, Tl Thompson, and Brayden Price, and his sisters, Brylee Price and Alexis Albers, will hold dear the memories of their shared childhood, filled with laughter and unbreakable bonds. Eithan was predeceased by his beloved grandmother, Anita Crummey, whose nurturing spirit and wisdom were an enduring influence in his life. Beyond his family, Eithan had an enduring love for his dogs, whose companionship brought him endless joy. In their loyal presence, he found unconditional love and comfort, a testament to the gentle spirit that characterized his life. A service to celebrate Eithan's life will be held on May 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Perry Lake. The serene backdrop of the lake, a place where Eithan found so much peace, provides a fitting setting to honor and remember him. Eithan's departure was a profound loss to all who knew him, and his absence leaves an irreplaceable void. As we gather to honor his memory, let us celebrate the love and light he brought into the world, and let his legacy inspire us to cherish the moments we have with those we love. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Eithan's honor to organizations supporting mental health awareness and suicide prevention, continuing his legacy of compassion and care for others. Eithan will be forever missed but never forgotten. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who were privileged to know and love him. May he rest in peace, embraced by the music of the heavens and the tranquil waters he cherished so dearly.
