Today, we mourn the passing of a cherished family member, Effie Joe. Born on November 17, 1954, in Burley, Idaho, Effie grew up with her sister, Utana Hale.
Throughout her life, Effie found joy in various activities, including puzzles, crosswords, and collecting cookie jars. Her passion for dolphins and her love for her children were evident in her life.
