Earl Waldon Tinkle Jr

Earl Waldon Tinkle Jr,also known as Bubba, a man whose love and loyalty transcended the bounds of blood, passed away on August 27, 2026, at the age of 58. Born on February 3, 1968, in Little Rock, Arkansas, Earl was the beloved son of Earl Waldon Tinkle Sr and Margaret Ann Tinkle (Venable), both of whom predeceased him. His departure marks the end of an era for a family he cherished and fiercely protected. Bubba shared a profound bond with his common-law wife, Tina Lea Writtenhouse, with whom he spent 28 beautiful years. Their love was a testament to enduring partnership, and even after her passing, he continued to honor her memory in every aspect of his life. Also preceding him his brother Bruce writtenhouse, mother and father in laws lila and Red Writtenhouse,and step father in law Jesse pierce,sister in law Lisa Writtenhouse and several friends A proud graduate of Conway High School in June 1986, Earl went on to serve his country with distinction as a Private 2 in the 820th Signal Company of the United States Army from 1989 to 1993. After being honorably discharged, he pursued a career in heating and air conditioning, working first with Kimberly Clark, then with Mathis Heating and Air until a stroke compelled him to retire. Bubbas life was rich with hobbies and interests. He was an avid NASCAR and bull riding fan, loved action movies, and was a proud supporter of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Wounded Warrior Project. He relished time spent with friends and family, reminiscing about old times, working on the yard, and staying as active and independent as possible. And towards the end enjoyed the spa treatments that his niece Addrieanne would do for him on his feet. Despite being a man of few words, his kindness, compassion, and enduring spirit were ever-present. He is survived by his chosen family, whom he loved unconditionally, even after Tina's passing. His siblings, George Wayne Writtenhouse and Shirley Morris (Billy), as well as numerous nieces and nephews, including Chad Morris, Steven Writtenhouse Sr (Addrieanne), Jeffrey Writtenhouse, Summer Hensley, Brayden Sineath (Beth), Brandon, Chris, Josh, and Adam, will forever remember his gentle yet steadfast heart. His lifelong friends, Tommy Collins and Shane Goff, and his friend and part-time companion, Baby Girl, held a special place in his heart. Bubba also leaves behind his distant sister Tina Spivey and her two sons, along with his adopted brother Joseph Tinkle. Bubbas life will be celebrated on September 26, 2026, with a memorial service starting at noon. Flowers and or donations can be delivered to 299 Breezewood, Bigelow, AR 72106, all money donations will be used to assist the family in catching up the land payment and any living expenses. Any remaining donations will be split 3 ways between VFW or the Wounded Warrior Project, and the conway high school ROTC program whom will be doing the final salute Bubba held close to his heart. In the words of his family, Earl's heart always amazed those around him—gentle and steady, yet never weak. His legacy lives on in the love he shared and the memories he created with those fortunate enough to know him. Rest in peace, dear Bubba, reunited at last with your beloved Tina for all eternity.
