It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Duduzile Dlamini, who left this world too soon on February 25, 2026, at the age of 41. Duduzile was born on June 16, 1984, in the vibrant city of Bulawayo, where she developed the foundation of kindness and love that she would be known for throughout her life.
Duduzile's journey on earth ended unexpectedly due to a tragic car accident, leaving a void in the hearts of all who knew her. She was a beacon of warmth, whose gentle spirit touched everyone she met. Duduzile had a way of making every person feel seen, heard, and cherished, a testament to her boundless compassion and empathetic nature.
She was a devoted daughter to Hilda Dlamini, who survives her, along with her beloved siblings, Chantelle Dlamini and Natasha Dlamini. She also leaves behind Charles K. Nare, a pillar of support and love in her life. Together, they formed a close-knit family that delighted in shared stories, laughter, and the simple joys of life.
Though Duduzile did not have children of her own, her maternal spirit was evident in the way she nurtured her relationships and extended family. Her legacy is one of selflessness and unwavering generosity, and she will be remembered for the warmth she brought into every room and the joy she spread with her infectious smile.
In honoring Duduzile's memory, her family has chosen to hold a private funeral ceremony. During this time of mourning, they extend their deepest gratitude to all who have shown immense love and support. The family wishes to express a heartfelt message: "We sincerely extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who stood with us during this difficult time. To our family, friends, neighbors, church members, and all who offered prayers, support, comfort, and assistance — your love has carried us through. Your kindness, presence, and generosity will never be forgotten. May God richly bless each and every one of you for walking this journey with us."
As we remember Duduzile, may we carry forward her spirit of kindness and her unwavering love for every person she encountered. Her life, though brief, was a testament to the power of human connection and the profound impact one can have through acts of love and kindness.
Rest in peace, dear Duduzile. Your light will forever shine in our hearts.
