Dr. Robert Broselow

Dr. Robert Broselow, a beloved husband, father, and esteemed physician, passed away on August 1, 2026, at the age of 85, following a tragic car wreck. Born on September 28, 1940, in New Jersey Robert was the son of Dr. Benjamin and Charlotte Broselow, who predeceased him. Robert spent his formative years in Franklinville, NJ, where he graduated from high school before embarking on an illustrious academic journey. He attended Ursinus College and then pursued his medical degree at Drexel University. His commitment to medicine took him to the University of Pennsylvania for his residency, where he honed the skills that would define his career. Dr. Broselow served his country with honor in the United States Navy, achieving the rank of LTJG before being honorably discharged. In 1967, Robert married the love of his life, Linda Broselow. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with trust, humor and love, raising three children: Jordan, Katie, and Andrew Broselow. As an Obstetrician Gynecologist, Dr. Broselow dedicated his life to bringing new life into the world, delivering over thousands of babies with skill and compassion. His patients knew him not only for his medical expertise but also for his kindness, humanity, and a sense of humor that could brighten any room. He was a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians, a testament to his dedication and contributions to the field. Outside of his professional life, Robert was a man of varied interests. He loved working out, taking long walks with his dogs, and enjoying the sights and sounds of the NJ Boardwalk. A keen follower of current events, he was always informed and eager to engage in meaningful conversations. Robert had a long and spirited relationship with cars; from a 1951 Packard Ambulance to ultra modern Mercedes and Porsches. Though, his later years would find him most comfortable in a 4x4 pickup truck. A devoted animal lover, Dr. Broselow often rescued animals in need, providing them with a safe and loving home. His compassion knew no bounds, and many dogs and cats found a new lease on life thanks to his kindness. Dr. Broselow had a special relationship with the country Kenya. He invited a number of Kenyan students who were attending Texas Tech University , to live at his home. After time, they became family. Dr. Broselow was proceeded in death by his wife , Linda L. Broselow . He is survived by his son, Jordan, daughter, Katie, and son, Dr. Andrew Broselow In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, an organization dear to Dr. Broselow's heart, located in Jacksonville, FL. Dr. Robert Broselow will be remembered for his profound impact on the lives he touched, both human and animal, and for the love and laughter he brought to those around him. His legacy will live on in the countless lives he enriched and the family who adored him.
