Predeceased by his daughters Alicia Ward, Kyla Hetchins, Grace Ward, and Olivia Bryant, as well as his sons Caleb Hays and Alec Ward, Doug's life was a tapestry woven with the threads of family love and loyalty. His legacy lives on in the hearts of his seven treasured grandchildren, who brought him immense joy and pride. A graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School, Doug valued education and the opportunities it created for a fulfilling life. He carried a zest for life that was evident to all who knew him. Never one to miss a day outdoors, Doug found solace and happiness in the company of his closest friends and family.
