Born on April 6, 1941, in the quaint town of Alkol, West Virginia, Dottie was a beacon of love and resilience. She was the beloved daughter of John Marshall and Ova Barbara Roberts, who instilled in her the values of kindness, faith, and community service. As a devoted Christian, Dottie's faith was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her actions and inspiring those around her. Dottie's life was a testament to the power of family and faith. She was predeceased by her loving parents, John and Ova Roberts, and her dear sister Clarrice, and brother Bobby. Despite these losses, Dottie's spirit remained unbroken, and she continued to be the glue that held her family together. She is survived by her three children, Debra Kopera, Lorie McCombie, and Jimmy Rigor, each of whom carry forward her legacy of love and generosity.
